Jordyn had regretted the way her and Bellamy had left things, but she was just too stubborn to reach out to him first. So for the first couple days of the tour, the two of them didnât really talk other than a few short texts. She hated when they fought like this, especially since things had been going so good since she moved back, but he had hurt her feelings. Getting to go on tour with Delilah was a huge opportunity for her and she had thought that he would have been more understanding about that.
Her phone lit up next to her, indicating that Bellamy was trying to facetime her. Part of her didnât want to answer it, but she knew ignoring him wasnât going to fix this either. So, she answered the call, a small forced smile on her face as her boyfriend appeared on the screen, âhey you,â she greeted him. She then brought her shoulders up into a small shrug, âitâs not bad. Itâs a lot of work, so Iâm pretty exhausted, but itâs been funâ she said, nodding her head a little. She looked down at her lap for a second before bringing her eyes back up to the screen, âhow have things back home been? I really miss you, you know..â
It was really good to see her face. Of course, nothing could beat having her near, but he was glad to see that she was doing okay. Now that a few days had settled between them and their last argument, Bellamy wasnât honestly genuinely invested in how everything was going, but he knew that all the questions he had at the moment might seem negative considering that he wasnât as supportive as he could have been when she left.Â
âI really miss you, too.â A small glimpse of a smile grew on his lips. âIâm glad to hear youâre having fun. I had no doubt that you would.â He cleared his throat, his eyes glancing away for a moment, before he looked back at the screen. âIâm sorry.â He spoke softly but clearly.Â
