FEMALE READERS STOP ADDING MALE READER TAG TO GET MORE LIKES!!!
So today I was scrolling through the male reader tag when I came across an account who has made multiple posts and adds the male reader tag
Tagging- male reader, Chris Evans x male reader, gender neutral reader, Sebastian stan x male reader, dean winchester x male reader ect
Yet ALL THE FICS WERE FEMALE READER and used she/her pronouns, so I sent an ask asking if they write male reader as well and they never answered so I left a comment on one of these posts asking why they keep doing that on their posts. They immediately deleted the comment, Upon looking at their blog and clicking the search bar typing "male reader" I see most of the fics they write they add the male reader tag just to try and get more likes and instead of answering my question as to why like I said they just deleted the comment.
MOST FANFICTION ON ALL FANFICTION PLACES ARE FOR FEMALE READERS AND MALE READERS HAVE BARELY ANYTHING YET I KEEP SEEING MULTIPLE FEMALE READER ACCOUNTS DOING THIS JUST FOR EXTRA LIKES AND ATTENTION! funny thing is it's not just this account -half the male reader tags I follow keep getting female reader fics using the male reader hashtag just to try to get more likes and manipulate the male readers into thinking we got a new fic when all they want is more likes.
Tagging some male reader accounts to try and help spread the word to get female writers to stop doing this... PLEASE DON'T SPREAD HATE TO THESE PEOPLE when you see it just maybe leave a comment politely asking them to stop.

I used to write a Chris Evans x Male Reader blog before I quit and with the fact that we aren't getting new fics and this I've been thinking of returning and writing male reader stories just to try and give male readers at least something more to read , the few male reader writers that we have can only do so much before they get burned out.
