If you assume that some evil ritual was performed to sabotage you, then it will be true.

If you assume you need to appear for the exam 3 times in order to pass it, it will be true

If you are stressed about passing your exam, guess what, you are occupying the identity of a person who has already failed the exam without appearing for it.

I would suggest,

Affirming as the person who has passed that exam.

Calming your mind down with meditation and healing.

Visualising your marks of your exam and your college.

Also, studying your best. Why am i telling you to study? Is it necessary to score marks?

I am telling you to study so that your self concept is strong. When you are confident in yourself and believe in your abilities, you MUST succeed

Stay positive and study hard. Dont dwell in the negativity.

So, even im currently manifesting height increase. But i will still be able to guide you because i have done it in the past.

Ok so reading your post helped me understand that you are facing 2 issues:

Disappointment and desperation.

You can follow this simple step. So suppose you are manifesting to be 10 inches taller, i want you to take baby steps. First, manifest 2 inches. Usually, a 2 inch height difference is very unnoticed and it will help you get in the feeling of "being taller". Take baby steps. You also won't feel shorter than others.

Second step, manifest compliments on your height. Yes, this is VERY underrated but try this. Once you will hear your family saying , "wow, you look taller" , your trust in manifesting height increase will skyrocket.

Third, if you get intrusive thoughts and feel discouraged, keep affirming till its natural. This discouragement attitude only comes when you compare your height with others.

Example: if you are 5'2 wanting to be 5'10 and your friends have a height taller than 5'2,

Just affirm or assume like this

" im 5'10 but i think my friends might be 6'5. They are literal giants. "

What I'm tryin to say is, assume as the person who has their desired height. But when you see someone taller, just affirm that they are taller than your desired height because you are your desired height NOW.

Feelings dont matter dear. But nervous system regulation is so important.

If your nervous system feels unsafe, most of the times, it will not allow change and movement.

So, eft tapping + meditation is the way to go for now because you already have your appearance. You just need to get rid of the lingering fear.

Ok dear, so dont freak out when i say this but you still haven't assumed that identity who has their desired appearance.

Queen, you HAVE your desired appearance now if you decided by affirming and visualisation. But if you're afraid, you are basically telling yourself that you gotta wait for movement and wait for your appearance to change. What that basically means is that you are :

1) relying on time and movement

2) putting your desired appearance on a pedestal and reducing your power

3) you dont have your appearance RIGHT NOW.

There is no delay once you decide that you have your ideal appearance NOW.

Why will your appearance delay when you assumed that you have it now?

Make yourself the operant power.

"but how?"

Solutions:

1) you see the mirror and feel insecure that you still have your "previous" appearance?

Look at your reflection and say "wow, i looked so different back then. Im grateful that what the mirror is showing me is SO NOT TRUE because i said it.Im glad i have my desired appearance now."

Then visualise your desired appearance at that moment.

Do this only when you get triggered. Don't make it a chore. The intrusive thoughts will wear off soon.

2) worrying of delay?

You have it now queen. You look like your desired face NOW. You are limitless. Stop judging your appearance based on a 3d thats always changing.

If it's triggering you, i suggest you to do eft tapping to regulate your nervous system.

3) afraid that you may never get your manifestations?

Manifestation is NOT based on the efforts you make ( 10hrs affirming or visualisation). I have many stories where i just said "wow i want a coffee right now" and it appeared within 5 minutes of declaring it only ONCE.

Fear? Fear of what? Oh, i fear i ate because i have my appearance now.

The mirror? All past assumptions

The people mocking my appearance? All lies because they are jealous of me.

You have your desired appearance now. You said it. You declared it. Why will it happen? Because you are the operant power. Period.

Topic of discussion: How to manifest appearance changes when the 3d shows you the opposite

3D works with the principle that you manifest with who you identify yourself with. If you identify as a person who has that "old" appearance, guess what, that is what will keep manifesting on a loop.

You need to identify and tune into the frequency of your ideal self having that ideal appearance.

What would that "ideal" version do if the person had all their appearance changes?

It includes : NEUTRALITY.

You would feel neutral cause you already have it all. You wouldn't want to go near the mirror and see all your pimples and be like "ughh im so ugly"

A person ,who has their ideal appearance, will be like "oh i really need to start loving myself more. These pimples are a reminder for me to take care of myself"
