Since the admins want to treat me like shit and tell me I have no right to be upset about being told I can't stay in the discord server that I MADE, and claim this group isnt mine anymore, while still having my intellectual property all over the blog, I'm going to be petty. Here's some screenshots of how the current admin team treats someone who held this group together for over a year. If you want to claim this roleplay is yours, why are my coding, words, tagging system and formatting and graphics with MY group name still on these pages: synopsis, navigation, rules, locations, residents, hiatuses, triggers, application count, app rules, muns, mevent, wc, wc form, graphics credit (which you didnt even bother to change any of the credit?), around town (the same website I linked). 15 pages of my work but apparently its not my group and I have zero right to be upset? And they’re still using a blog theme that I PAID FOR! So go ahead and explain to @ethereal-themes​ / @hvitserkk​ why you’re using her work without having paid for it.

A few months ago I stepped back from being an admin of a group I created to take care of my own mental health with the understanding that I’d be coming back eventually once I was doing better. I was told by the remaining admin (Indi) that the group was going to be revamped but I would “obviously still have access to everything”, which was the main blog and discord server. It was UNDER THIS CONDITION I consented to my work being kept on the blog.

I rejoined a few days ago only to be told that writing a serial killer (during Halloween lmao) is too heavy and made people uncomfortable (despite there having been two other serial killers in the group before), so I impromptu dropped the muse, but wanted to stay in the discord server that I made with a former admin so I could continue talking to my friends. I was not only told that I wasn’t allowed to, but also that apparently the group isnt mine anymore, because of the “revamp”, meanwhile they’re STILL using my words, my coding, my tagging system, my formatting, and everything I listed above on their blog. The locations page I spent days coding? Still up on a blog for a group that APPARENTLY isnt mine anymore. The rules that I spent hours writing up? 2/3rds of it are still using MY words and still has MY group name’s acronym in them.

You want to steal my fucking work and then ban me from my own server when I try to make the group aware of what you did? Okay. :) Let’s air out your dirty laundry.

As Ivy said this, meanwhile, MY content is on their blog. They LITERALLY just changed the name and acronym in whats written. And in this section they didn’t even do that lmao I LITERALLY WROTE THIS

Their plot page (which they changed after I tried to tell everyone in the server what happened), looked like this at the time of them telling me it’s not my roleplay. Lmfao. Everything on this page was created by me.

This wanted connections tagging system? Created by me.

This locations page and residents page? My work. This took me DAYS to make. Figuring out how to code the isotope filtering on the residents page took me DAYS.

EDIT: Here is their response to me even being kind enough to warn them I was writing a PSA about this. For a group that apparently was already revamped, kinda strange you had to “rush” to revamp it because I “threatened” you. And those supposed anons saying they were uneasy with me, any proof of those? As far as I can see you got one anon asking “Are these the same admins as exlcusive?” with no mention of me at all lmao. Also, where is my discord server? Still banned from it. Want it back. 

Also, the absolute irony of you lot being puritanical, knowing what kind of muses you write. Klaus Diedrich (niklavs), Ivy’s Jon Hamm muse, is literally an emotional abuser. And the first time I spoke to Ivy she tried to convince me to write a plot where my muse exploited people into joining p0rn. Rylan Pratt, Indi’s muse, is a severe addict and the addiction is played out on the dash. The fucking irony and audacity of you two blows my mind. Both of you have had literal admins complain about how uncomfortable they were with you. Two of which, SPECIFICALLY left BECAUSE of indi.  And stop acting like this is me being pissed off I couldn’t write my serial killer muse. This is me being pissed off that you told me I would have access to everything after the revamp, and instead kicked me out, banned me from the server I created, and continued to use MY intellectual property on your blog. And ignored every attempt I made at getting you to take it down UNTIL I threatened to write the PSA.

Before the Bren situation, I had ONE situation where someone who wanted a ship with me tried to pin me against my current ship partner by literally lying to me about them while being sweet to their face, so she could get the ship with my muse. I didn’t even find out until I asked my ship partner if everything was okay between them and then, because I was literally being manipulated over a ship and my ship partner was having her own reputation smeared, I confronted her about it with the admins, and she ultimately got kicked out of the 2 groups we were in. One person, being held accountable for manipulating and lying to me and lying on my close friend’s name.

I literally do not understand what your problem is, but can you take MY intellectual property off your blog and give me back the discord server I made? If you’re going to steal my own group from me, the VERY LEAST you could do is not use the group description I wrote on your front page and just change the name of the roleplay lmfao. @metropolitan-nyc 

Not only did they just change the name of the group in the plot that I wrote, they also had the nerve to block me, and STILL haven't given me back the discord server that I made and they're apparently still actively using.So if anyone can be a darling and actually tag them in this post for me, I’d really appreciate it.

If this isn't my group, take my intellectual property off of your blog and give me my discord server back.
