I love this
SUGAR BABY | Undated Sugar Ray Leonard (birth name, Ray Charles, nickname, Sugar) ….first boxer to earn more than $100 million in purses, won world titles in five weight divisions, and defeated future fellow International Boxing Hall of Fame inductees Wilfred Benítez, Thomas Hearns, Roberto Durán, and Marvin Hagler. Named “Boxer of the Decade” for the 1980s.
Do remember those days in Palmer park with them, those were free days not much drama to no one
Hi guys.
A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: “How heavy is this glass of water?” Answers called out ranged from 8 oz. to 20 oz. She replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it’s not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.” She continued, “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything.” Remember to put the glass down.
Love that thought, with the glass of water and the thought that keep ,your mind heavy
I'm in agreement with that thought and experiment.
Nice flowers
Is that beautiful?
Art is definitely not dead. It is a beautiful form or avenue used to express one's self, in my opinion .
Nice bird

Beautiful Roses!!
Beautiful Roses
There’s a big difference between the person who says, “Here I am, Lord. Send me,” and the person who says, “Here am I, Lord. Send me.” The first phrase is one of declaration or even pride. The second phrase is one of surrender and humility. When I serve God, I hope it is always out of surrender and never from a selfish inkling that somehow God needs me.
Thought about Isaiah. (via churchjanitor)
We are camping at this abandoned amusement park that is right on the banks of the Nile. It had a restaurant and tables and chairs over looking the Nile. I am sitting in one of those plastic chairs right now typing this.
