strong thoughts on life is strange

as much as i’d like to believe otherwise, i think theres a nonzero chance nathan would continue that cycle of violence/assault even after getting out of prison. even with psychiatric help, i can see a timeline where he just doesn’t get better. sometimes people just don’t. especially considering the societal system that allowed it to happen in the first place hasn’t changed.

i dont think nathan will ever get better tbh just because he has to want to be a better person. nathan is the type of guy to not understand that he has to want help to get it. also i really agree with your societal system take, nathan is a rich white boy who has never faced societal injustice and thinks he can get away with whatever he wants and that thought process doesn’t just go away when you grow up. honestly post-prison nathan probably would be more violent than beforehand, prison would not help with emotional instability whatsoever and im assuming that he would be forced into psychiatric care which most of the time has negative results just because people who are forced into care do not actually want the ‘help’ they are receiving and often become defiant towards it.

Yeah. yeah i agree. i’ve said this before but nathan’s character really is just him making the worst decisions for everybody involved all the time.

when i played lis 3 years ago i distinctly remember some sort of in-game text or piece of dialogue from warren where he's asking max for her notes from mr. jefferson's class because he can't keep up or it's going over his head or something but apparently that doesn't exist at all??? anyway i still hold the warren graham headcanon in my heart that he is also a photographer and is not just exaggerating his interest in art to impress max, but has a genuine eye for aesthetics because of his film buff admiration for high quality cinematography. i think he'd have a decent but cheap camera and do a bunch of post-processing work... i think he'd get experimental with it. and i think he'd take a few too many photos of lone figures framed dramatically but he's got a vision <3
